Our Founder & CEO

The driving force behind Vital Edge’s mission to modernize corporate healthcare and create sustainable, high-performance wellness solutions for today’s workforce. Andrea Craig, BSN, RN, has dedicated more than a decade to healthcare, bringing firsthand clinical insight and a strong understanding of both patient and organizational needs.

 

Currently pursuing her Master’s as a Family Nurse Practitioner, she has seen how traditional healthcare models have strayed from the professionals who actually provide the care resulting in rising costs, declining quality, and systems that no longer serve the people who rely on them. Andrea founded Vital Edge to change that. This company eliminates unnecessary middle layers and brings healthcare leadership back to medical professionals, ensuring that care is efficient, accessible, and truly centered on the workforce.

 

As a mother of three and an advocate for healthcare reform, she has witnessed the neglect many employees face, especially after seeing the challenges her son-in-law experienced as a factory worker.Guided by her vision, Vital Edge is built to deliver physician-led, community-focused care that puts people first and strengthens the companies they power.
